The room was excellent, cozy with a magnificent view over mountain. Location: the hotel was near a beautiful mountain side, and black forest, cities of Baden-Württemberg, even to Strasbourg and Alsatia.

The hotel's decoration was simply beautiful, with traditional Black Forest clocks and charming rustic touches. It created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, providing comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself, with easy access to the rooms and public areas. The staff, who I affectionately refer to as the children working there, were always attentive and willing to assist me with anything I needed.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation as a senior even better is the availability of handrails or grab bars in the bathroom. This would have provided extra support and safety, especially for those with mobility challenges.

I am very happy with my stay at this charming hotel in the Black Forest. The decoration of the hotel with its beautiful Black Forest clocks and traditional ambiance made me feel right at home. The general areas were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to the rooms and a comfortable seating area to relax and enjoy the stunning view of the valley. It was a pleasure to interact with the friendly staff, who always had time to engage in small talk and make me feel welcome.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have a grab bar installed in the shower. This small addition would provide extra reassurance and stability for senior guests during their stay.

This charming hotel is nestled in the mountains and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for families with children. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests' satisfaction, providing personalized service and making them feel welcome. The delicious breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day off right.
Although the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, the lack of a restaurant on certain days may require guests to venture out for dinner.
